Folder Iterator

the folder iterator method will return a list of folders that exist within the specified box folder input parameters root folder id id of the folder to iterate folders from iterate sub folders when selected, folders will be iterated recursively through all children exclude root folder when selected, the root folder id will not be included in the iteration result set
